BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide occupational therapy services to adults and children in a clinic setting.
* Provide discipline specific services within the scope of state license, professional certification and Rehab program standards.
* Evaluate, reevaluate and document all activities on behalf of clients served.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA certified school
* Current Texas license in Occupational therapy, background in pediatrics preferred.
