BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Planning and executing a treatment program in relation to the patient's condition, progress, treatment goals, and objectives.
* Initiating and maintaining adequate records and reports of patient's evaluation, treatment, and records.
* Serve as case manager for occupational therapy clients.
* Participate in departmental and interdepartmental staff conferences.
* Assist in the development of new occupational therapy programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
* State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
