BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Practitioner (OTR/COTA) for our Driver Evaluation & Training Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Indiana's largest and most well-respected driving program for persons with disabilities. The OT Practitioner is responsible for both Clinical and Behind the Wheel evaluation and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

CDRS preferred, one to three years of progressive experience as an OT practitioner is required Full & part-time positions available.
