BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide occupational therapy services, applying principles and practices to infants & toddlers with special needs to promote optimum fine motor skills development in our Early Intervention.
* Provide occupational therapy evaluations, with written reports, for program participants (including activities of daily living, muscle training and coordination, perceptual motor development, sensory development, and fine motor coordination etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Hawaii State licensure
* CPR & First Aid Certification and TB clearance
* Experience with EI population preferred
