BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Pediatric and/or Developmental Disabled Adult Population:
* Planning and executing a treatment program in relation to the client's condition, progress, treatment goals and objectives.
* Initiating and maintaining adequate records and reports of client's evaluations, treatment and records to and/or from physicians and allied agencies as may be assigned
* Participate in departmental and interdepartmental staff conferences and other forms of case staffing conferences
* Attend continuing education programs and provide inservices to other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Florida Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Desire to work with pre-schoolers and pediatric patients in a school, hospital or outpatient setting. Alternatively, desire to work with developmentally disabled adults in day treatment programs, or group homes.
