BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Planning a course of treatment that includes goals and objectives.
* Creating a turning in records and reports of patient's evaluations, progress notes, and care plans in a timely manner.
* Provide evaluations and person centered therapies in natural environments
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of a BS in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
* Knowledge of and interest in Early Intervention, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Sensory Integration Flexibility and a willingness to work with a variety of different populations in a variety of settings
* Strong commitment to self-development and learning
* Team player and passion for personal and professional excellence
