BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Member of transdisciplinary Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
* Assessment, intervention planning and delivery, consultation to other team members and other agency programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* OTR, able to be licensed in Arizona
* BA or MA in Occupational Therapy
* Experience on transdisciplinary team preferred
* Experience with young children and families and with home-visiting preferred
